质量管理方法在高职高专教学计划制定中的应用

The Application of Quality Management Method in Making Teaching Plan in Higher Vocational Education

借鉴并应用流程再造（BPR）、失效模式及后果分析（FMEA）以及质量功能展开（QFD）等质量管理学思路与方法，重新构建教学计划制定工作的科学方法与工作流程，是高职高专教学计划制定工作的一项大胆尝试。运用此方法与工作流程制定教学计划，能够最大限度地避免教学计划的盲目性，减少教学计划形成过程中产生的各种偏差。

Borrowing and Applying the Clue and Method of quality management methods such as BPR, FMEA and QFD to reconstruct of formalating scientific methods and working procedure of formalating, which is an adventurous attempt of the work of making teaching plan in higher vocational education. Applying the method and working procedure in making teaching plan can avoid the blindness, and decrease various warp from the formation of teaching plan.
