摘要
实验教学技术人员学历层次低、知识结构和能力单一、年龄偏大、职业道德观念淡薄以及考核评价不规范,是目前高校实验教学中存在的严重问题。为了提高实验教学水平,必须促进教师更新观念,加强学习;政策引导,鼓励年轻教师参与实验教学;加强实验技术人员的考核,提高工作效率。
The teachnological staff of experimental teaching usually have low educational degree, single knowledge structure and abilities, old age, indifferent vocational moral view, which are serious problems in experimental teaching in higher education institution. To enhance the level of experimental teaching, teachers must update educational view and strengthen learning; schools should encourage young teachers to participate into experimental teaching through guidance of policy, etc.
