摘要
分析了我国教师专业化实践过程中师资队伍的稳定、教师培养的质量、教师职业的专业地位及教师资格证制度等问题,提出了我国教师专业化发展要构建多元教师教育体系、提高教师培养水平、完善教师资格制度和倡导终身学习的策略。
The article analyzed some problems existed in the practice of teacher professionization in China,such as the stability of teaching staff, the quality of teachers, professional status of teacher vocation and teacher qualification certificate. In conclusion, the article put forward that the professional development of teachers should build pluralistic teacher education system, enhance cultivation level of teachers, optimize teacher qualification system and advocate life -long learning strategies.
