摘要
德育实质上是一种人文教化。德育具有人文精神的内蕴,人文精神又可通过德育加以传导。德育的人文精神与人的个性发展有着必然联系。本文全面分析影响高职德育的各种主客观因素,从人文教育的视角出发,寻求人文教育与高职德育的契合点,努力探索建设高职人文德育工作长效机制的途径和方法。
In nature, moral education is a kind of humanism - based educatization. Moral education has the meaning of the spirit of humanism, and the spirit of humanism can be transmitted by moral education. The humanism spirit of moral education has necessary relationship with the development of students ' personalities. The article analyzed various factors influencing moral education in higher vocational schools comprehensively,aimed to pursue the connective point between humanism - based education and higher vocational education,and tried to construct approach and method of long effective mechanism for humanism -based moral education in higher vocational education.
