Establishing "Humanism-based" View to Improve the Status of Thinking and Political Education of Higher Vocational School Students

高职院校思想政治教育坚持“以人为本”的教育理念，就是要以学生全面发展为目的和出发点，以学生为主体，充分发挥他们的主观能动性。坚持“以人为本”，要掌握高职学生的思想特点和思想现状，坚持理想信念教育，加强职业道德教育。在教育中遵循平等民主、双向交流，情为先导、情理结合，综合渗透、全方位影响的原则，切实提高思想政治教育的实效性。

Thikning and political education persist in ＂humanism - based＂ view, which is that taking the comprehensive development of students as the objective and strarting point, and student as the subject to exert subjective initiative of students. To persist in ＂humanism -based＂ view, teachers must master students＇ ideological features and status, insist on ideal view education, strengthen vocational morality education, comply with principles of equality and democracy, interactive communication, combination of emotion with truth ,comprehensive infiltration, etc.
