摘要
为提高纺织材料的导热能力,采用TiC l4水解法生成TiO2处理织物。结果表明处理后织物的导热系数都有显著提高,尤其是棉织物,并且棉织物的导热系数随整理液浓度的增加而提高。电镜分析表明,处理后的棉纤维表面亮度增加,凹凸更加明显,甚至形成凹槽,有助于棉织物的散热,提高了棉织物的导热性能。
In this paper, three kinds of textile fabric are dealt with TiO2 particles by hydrolysis of TiCl4, in order to improve the fabrics' heat conducting property. The results demonstrate that the heat transferring coefficient of the finished fabrics improves obviously, especially cotton fabric, and the heat transferring coefficient of the cotton fabric increases with the density of TiO2. SEM shows that the finishing has made the surface of cotton fibres brighter and rougher, even form flutes, which enables the fabric easier to transfer heat, so its heat transferring coefficient improves.
