Comparative Study on 3 Kind of Drug Trading Modes

目的:探索较佳的药品交易方式。方法:对药品的传统交易方式、集中招投标交易方式和电子商务交易方式进行分析,并作优劣对比。结果与结论:电子商务交易方式是药品交易的最佳方式。构建医药电子商务应具备几个基本要件,坚持几项基本原则。

OBJECTIVE： To explore an optimal drug trading mode. METHOI）S： The traditional drug trading mode, the public bidding mode and the electronic commerce （EC） mode were analyzed and compared regarding their merits and demerits. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： EC is the optimal mode for drug trading, however, its construction needs several basic conditions and in which some basic principles should be followed.
