摘要
近些年来,国内大多数化工企业已经采用了DCS(集散控制系统)进行生产过程的实时监测与控制,并且积累了大量的生产数据,但是这些数据除了用于MIS(管理信息系统)以外,大多没有进行较深层次的利用。本文论述了利用决策树算法对生产数据进行挖掘,寻找生产装置中位号点之间的潜在关系以优化控制过程的方法。
Most of domestic chemical plants have already used DCS (distributed control system) to monitor and control the process of production in recent years, and they have accumulated massive data of production, However, the data are not used deeply besides MIS (management information system). This article discusses the way of data mining on production data by decision tree algorithm to find the relationship among devices and then optimize the process of control.
