全钢子午线轮胎应力和生热研究 被引量:5

摘要 结合有限元和有限差分法对全钢子午线轮胎的应力和生热进行研究。分析结果表明,影响轮胎升温历程的因素包括轮胎的应变能、材料的动态粘弹性模量和损耗因子以及与滚动速度有关的散热边界条件。材料的模量匹配和结构设计可改变轮胎内部的应力、应变分布,即应变能的分布,进而影响生热率,不同工况应采取不同的设计方案。
