摘要
用Hayman完全双列杂交遗传设计对7个海岛棉品种(系)的铃部性状进行了遗传分析。结果表明中部铃长、铃壳重、中部铃柄长、单铃籽棉重等性状符合加性-显性遗传模型。铃柄粗、籽指符合加性-显性-上位性模型。不同亲本携带基因的差异较大,其中P4显性基因较多,1号亲本隐性基因较多。中部铃长、铃壳重、单粒籽棉重表现为高值隐性低值显性。中部铃柄长表现为高值显性低值隐性;遗传参数表明铃部性状大多表现完全显性。
The boll traits of 7 parents and 42 hybrids in island cotton were analyzed with hayman complete diallel cross design. The result showed that the genetic of boll length of middle part, boll shell weight, boll stem length of middle part accord with the additive-dominant model and boll stem diameter, seed index accord with additive-domina ence. The increasing gene of boll length of nt-epistasis model. The gene parents carrying were differmiddle part and boll shell weight and cotton weight of per seed were recessive ; and the increasing allele gene of boll stem length of middle part was dominant. The genetic parameter showed that the inheritance of the boll traits represent completely dominant.
