摘要
用蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验技术,对皂素废水的污染毒性进行了分析研究。结果表明,皂素废水在较高浓度条件下,能够引起较高的微核率,满足一定的线性关系,呈剂量—反应关系(r=0.97,P<0.05);试验结果表明,低浓度的皂素废水能够刺激蚕豆幼芽生长发育。
This paper studied the toxicity of saponin wastewater through the micronucleus test of Vicia faba root tip cell. The results showed that there was a higher micronucleus rates of root-tip cells of vicia faba under the bigger concentration of saponin wastewater, and there was a significant dose-response relationship(r=0.97,P〈0.05)had been developed. At the same time, the wastewater can restrain the Vicia faba seedlings" growth and decreased its dry weight under higher concentration. But on the other hand, with lower concentration the wastewater may stimulate the seedlings" growth and increased their dry weights.
