摘要
用不同浓度的硫酸对‘千日白’和‘天人菊’花卉种子进行脱绒处理,结果表明,最适硫酸浓度分别为70%和60%,在此浓度下既能完全脱掉种子表面的绒毛,又能提高种子的发芽率。脱绒后的种子,经20%PEG-6000(w/w)处理4 h后进行发芽,其过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性显著升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量明显低于对照组,表明用PEG处理可提高膜的修复能力和种子的发芽率。
Gornphrenae globosa and Gaillardia aristata seeds were taken off villus by H2SO4. The result showed that the best concentration of H2SO4 is 70% and 60%. With this concentration, the flowers seeds can be not holy taken off villus but also increased germination percentage. After soaked in 20% PEG-6000 for 4 hours,the activity of CAT and SOD of the deplation flower seeds increasd obviously,while the content of MDA was lower than the contrast. This showed that PEG-6000 can raise the repair function of cell membrane and germination percentage of depilation flower seeds.
