高职新生不健康心理的危害及教育对策

The Harm from Freshmen's Unhealthy Mentality in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Educational Countermeasures

采用症状自测量表(SCL-90)对某高校04级和05级高职高专新生进行心理普查,结果两个年级新生心理问题检出率分别达到44.86%和48.33%,高职新生心理健康状况不容乐观。高职新生不健康心理将对他们当前的学业和未来的择业、就业带来极大危害。健全学校心理健康教育保障机制,积极倡导高职生自我教育是提高高职生心理健康水平的有效对策。

Mental health surveys with SCL-90 were conducted to freshmen in the year of 2004 and 2005 in a higher vocational college. It revealed that 44.86% students in the year of 2004 and 48. 33% students in the year of 2005 had mental health problems. We should pay more attention to the mental health of freshmen in higher vocational colleges. The unhealthy mentality of freshmen in higher vocational colleges greatly affects their study and their obtaining employment in the future. Perfecting the guarantee system of mental health education in colleges and advocating students＇ self-education are the effective countermeasures.
