摘要
以教师专业发展理论为基础,通过分析新教师在入职期存在的主要问题及产生的原因,提出克服不适应性、促进新教师专业成长的思路和方法,以期产生积极的实践指导意义。
Based on the theory of teachers' professional development, the writer analyzes the main problems in their early teaching period and the causes. Thus, the writer puts forward the thought and way of overcoming the maladjustment and helping the development of the new teachers, which are of great significance.
