摘要
少数民族地区外语教学是民族教育的一个弱项,外语教学滞后的主要原因是师资力量薄弱。本文提出了少数民族地区外语师资培养的两个“复合”以及为保障两个复合的实施应采取的有效对策。
The foreign language teaching is a weak spot of the national education in minority nationality areas. The main problem for that is the lack of qualified teaching personnel. This paper puts forward two "compound" for foreign language teachers in minority nationality areas and some effective ways to deal with that situation.
