摘要
按照时间序列对国际环境教育进行了梳理。对国际环境教育的产生、确立、发展、成熟四个阶段的特点进行了详细论述。在回顾的基础上对国际环境教育进行了反思,指出了它的不足就是发达国家和发展中国家环境教育开展的不均衡且环境教育效果不显著。
International environmental education is summarized according to the time order, the characteristic of four stages of the international environmental education, the emergence, the establishment the development and ripe, has been described in detail. The international environmental education is reviewed on the basis of introspection, the deficiency of it is pointed out which is the environmental education launched in developed countries and developing countries is unbalanced, and the result of the environemntal education is not prominent.
