灵芝注射液清除自由基保护肾皮质细胞的实验研究

The Study of Protecting Kidney Cortical Cell from Free Radicals with the Use of Ganoderma Ludicum Injection

采用顺铂损伤肾脏的动物模型,用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定血和肾皮质丙二醛,肾上腺素自氧化法测定血、肾皮质超氧化物歧化酶,二乙酰—肟法测定血清尿素氮,苦味酸法测定血清肌酐,探讨了灵芝注射液清除自由基、保护肾皮质的作用机理。

This study is according to animal model of kidney cortical cell by cisplatin. The malondi-aldehyde and superoxide dismutase in blood and kidney cortical cell and blood urea nitrogen and serum creatine were determined respectively. It showed that the Ganoderma Ludicum Injectin could clear away free radicals induced by cisplatin.
