高校思想政治理论课实践教学条件保障机制探讨

A Study on the Security System for Practice Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course at Institutes of Higher Learning

高校思想政治理论课实践教学目的与形态的深刻变化要求建构相应的条件保障机制,具体包括完善的管理体制、丰富的教学资源、合理的评价机制以及规范的实施过程与方法。与高校思想政治理论课实践教学理想的条件保障机制形成鲜明反差的是,实践教学的现实条件保障机制仍处于缺失状态。加强组织领导机构的建设、设计合理的教学管理制度、增加专项经费的投入、加快实践基地的开发与建设以及提升教师开展实践教学的能力等等都是推进实践教学条件保障机制形成的现实路径。

The fundamental change of goal and form of practice teaching of ideological and political theory course calls for the establishment of corresponding security system which includes perfect management system, rich teaching resources, appropriate evaluation mechanism and standard procedure and approaches. This article claims that the approaches to pushing the establishment of security system for practice teaching should be as follows： promoting the construction of management department, design a reasonable teaching management system, increase special fund, push development and construction of practice bases and improve teachers＇ ability to guide practice teaching.
