试论中华武术的“淡出”和“深入”

Simplification and Diversification of Chinese Martial Arts

文章以继承、变通、探寻的眼光,用一定深度的对比考量,并结合事例,提出用淡化的方法浓缩武术核心精华,然后增加传统武术发展的渠道,试图找到传统武术从当今走向未来新的发展路径,使武术这颗中华民族的瑰丽宝珠随着时代的发展永放光芒。

Through a comparative study with illustrations, this article argues that to develop Chinese martial arts, we should first find the essence of Chinese martial arts through simplifying martial arts and then diversify the approaches to developing traditional martial arts.
