用E花环试验检测人胎盘免疫调节因子活性的研究

Determination of Immunological Activity of HPIF by E-Rosette Formation Test

用成人外周血T淋巴细胞总E花环法、正常成人血T淋巴细胞45C脱E受体的E花环法以及脐血淋巴细胞E花环法,进行HPIF免疫活性检测的比较研究,结果表明用正常成人外周血淋巴细胞45C脱E受体的E花环法最佳。建议将此法作为HPIF免疫活性检测的常用方法。

A comparison was made among the four methods for the determination of immunological activity of human placenta immunoregulatory factor (HP1F). E-rosette formation test (ERFT) with adult peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL), ERFT with normal adult PBL which heated at 45 C for 1h, ERFT with umbilical cord blood lymphocytes. These results show that ERFT with normal adult PBL which heated at 45 C for1h is the best method among our studies, We suggust that this assay could be used as routine method in the determination of the immunological activity of HP1F.
