Study on Respect,Ensuring Human Rights and Constructing Harmonious Society

本文从当今中国人权入宪与和谐社会内涵入手,论证了国内外的宪法精神人权化的不同样式,阐述了人权的本位转移为构建社会主义和谐社会提供了理论基础,进而指出了“以人为本”、“人权至上”是当代宪法等法律和构建和谐社会的最高原则,宪法等法律应当有效地指导依法行政和提高法律运行能力,以便构建一个人人享有充分人权的和谐社会。

According to the connotation of Chinese human rights entering the Constitution of the People＇s Republic of China and harmonious society, different patterns of Constitution spirit＇s human fights at home and abroad was demonstrated, the transferring of human rights providing theory foundation for constructing socialist harmonious society was expounded. Man - oriented and human rights a- bove all else which are the highest principle for Constitution and constructing socialist harmonious society was pointed out. The Consti- tution should effectively direct governing by law and enhance operating capability of law so as to set up one harmonious society which every person can enjoy full human rights.
