Necessity of Transforming Increasing Mode of Foreign Trade From Processing Trade

改革开放初期,我国的加工贸易被赋予“大进大出”的重要使命。近年来,在我国加工贸易持续增长的同时贸易摩擦也在不断地涌现,甚至有愈演愈烈之势,主要的贸易伙伴都不约而同举起了贸易保护大旗;与此同时,我国资源的国内供应也日益趋紧。种种迹象表明,粗放的外贸增长方式已难以为继。“十一五”期间,必须加快提升加工贸易的品质,转变外贸增长方式,不断提高外贸的质量和效益,才能推动我国由贸易大国向贸易强国转变。

During early stage of opening up and reform,processing trade is endowed with the mission of ＂Great In and Out＂. In recent years, trade conflicts arise continiously with the increasing of processing trade and the situation is even getting wores, so all trade partners raise their flags of trade protection, in the meantime, domestic supply of resourses in china is getting short increasingly. All factors demonstrate that we must transform mode of foreign trade development, improve quality of trade and effectiveness so that china can change into a powerfull country of trade from a big trade country.
