摘要
研究发现,不同阶层女性的上升流动经验差异明显;在争取向上流动的机会方面,女性个体较男性面临更明显的社会性别因素限制;女性个体反抗社会性别因素限制的力量有限,其“代价”也主要由个体承担;女性个体承担的“代价”对女性群体存在一定程度的负警示作用。因此,社会性别因素对女性上升流动的影响强化了落后的社会性别观念,不利于性别平等与社会公正的实现。
The study figures out that there are clear differences about promoting experiences for different females; Compared with males,they are confronted with more obvious social gender bondage in pursuing upgrade opportunities and the prices to shoulder because of their weak power in struggling those limitations,which produces to some extent negative guiding impact on female groups.In this sense,social gender factors foster backward social concepts and are no facilitating forces to social equality and social justice.
