浅谈家庭暴力受害方之法律救济

Brief Analysis on Lawful Almsgiving to Victims of Family Violence

随着我国经济社会的迅速发展,家庭暴力也呈现出许多新特点。目前,我国在反家庭暴力方面的立法还存在相当大的不足:反家庭暴力缺乏系统的法律依据,刑事立法缺失,民事救济制度不完善,司法救济保护不到位等。我们应建立健全完善的法律体系,以对家庭暴力受害者进行法律救济。

With the rapid development of economic and social development,family violence also takes on many new characteristics.However,our country＇s legislations against family violence are far more than being perfect. They are lacking in systematic lawful regulations,criminal legislation,imperfect civil redressing system and judicature redressing protection.Therefore,we should build more healthy law systems to offer almsgiving to those family violence victims.
