毛细支气管炎婴儿喘乐宁雾化吸入后肺功能的变化

摘要 目的本研究通过测定毛细支气管炎患儿喘乐宁雾化吸入治疗前后肺功能的变化,探讨该疗法在治疗急性毛细支气管炎中的作用。方法18例急性毛细支气管炎患儿喘乐宁雾化吸入治疗,在雾化吸入前、后15 min分别测定潮气呼吸肺功能。结果治疗前与治疗后15 min肺功能变化无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论喘乐宁雾化吸入15 min对肺功能无明显改善作用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nebulized albuterol on tidal breathing pulmonary function and eval uate its use in the treatment of bronchiolitis in infancy. Methods 18 infants with bronchiolitis were treated with nebulized albutamol. Tidal breathing flowvolume(TBFV) loops were made before and after nebulizer treatment 15 minutes. Results There were no significant differences of tidal breathing flowvolume(TBFV) loops made before and after nebulizer treatment 15 minutes (P〉0.05) . Conclusions Nebulized albuterol doesn't appear to improve peripheral airway resance and ventilation in children with acute bronhiolitis.
