Disease Spectrum of 458 Emergency Patients in a Community Health Service Center

目的 控讨社区卫生服务中心急诊疾病谱的构成、转归及临床特点。方法 顾分析2001～2005年急诊登记在册的病人，以第一诊断为标准，按疾病的病因及转归分别进行统计分析。结果 血管疾病是急诊抢救的首要疾病，中毒、神经系统疾病、休克分列第2、3、4位。疾病转归：转院52．8％，好转26．9％，死亡10.9％，住院9.4％。结论 社区卫生服务中心应加强心血管疾病的防治，提高诊疗水平；急诊科医师应向全科医师方面发展。

Objective To determine the diseases spectrum of emergency patients in terms of clinical characteristics and its therapeutic outcomes in a Community Health Service Center. Methods A retrospective statistical analysis carried out on 458 severe emergency patients from 2001 to 2005 in terms of the etiology and the therapeutic results of different diseases in which the recorded first diagnosis was used as standard. Results The orders of frequency of the resuscitated diseases were cardiovascular diseaases, intoxications, neuropathies and shock of different causes. The outcomes of the patients were hospital transfer （ 52.8 % ）, survival （ 26.9 % ）, and death （ 10.9 % ）, hospitalization （ 9.4 % ）. Conclusions The preventive medicine of Cardiovascular diseases is of first importance in Community Health Service Center and the general practitioners play major role.
