核素亲肿瘤显像与CT诊断鼻咽癌放疗后复发的价值 被引量:2

Value of Nuclein Tumoraffin Imaging and CT on Diagnosis of Recurrent Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma after Radiotherapy

摘要 目的评价99mTc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像与CT诊断鼻咽癌放疗后复发的价值。方法82例鼻咽癌放疗后患者经病理活检和随访证实局部复发40例,局部纤维化42例。所有患者行99mTc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像与CT检查,分析2种方法的诊断效能。结果99mTc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像灵敏度(75.0%)低于CT(92.5%),但特异性(95.2%)明显高于CT(64.3%),准确率比较差异无显著性。2种方法联合诊断的灵敏度、特异性和准确率分别为97.5%、97.6%和97.6%。结论99mTc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像诊断鼻咽癌放疗后复发具有较高的特异性,可以弥补CT假阳性率高的缺点,2种方法联合应用可明显提高诊断的准确性。 Objective To evaluate the value of ^99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin imaging and CT on diagnosis of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) after radiotherapy. Methods 82 patients who had NPC after radiotherapy, including 40 cases of local recurrence and 42 cases of fibrosis, were confirmed by pathology. ^99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin imaging and CT were performed in all patients. Diagnostic efficacy was analyzed. Results The sensitivity of ^99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin imaging (75.0%) was lower than CT(92.5 % ), but the specificity(95.2 %) was obviously higher than CT(64.3 % ) The accuracy of two imaging examination methods hadn't obviously difference. When two imaging examination methods combined, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy was 97.5 %, 97.6 % and 97.6 % respectively. Conclusions ^99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin imaging had higher specificity, diagnostic accuracy could be obviously improved when two methods combined.
