论外语教学中的文化因素

On the Cultural Elements in Foreign Language Teaching

外语教学的最终目的是培养学生的语言交际能力,交际能力离不开对所学语言国家文化的了解,学习一种语言必然要学习这种语言所代表的文化。从语言与文化的关系等方面论述了在外语教学中加强对西方国家文化学习的重要性和必要性,并简要论述了加强文化因素教学的若干途径。

The final objective of foreign language teaching （FLT） is to cultivate the students＇ communicative competence of language, but communicative competence cannot be separated with the culture of the related language, To learn the culture is of great necessity to learn the language. By the interrelationship of language and culture, this paper demonstrates the importance and necessity of learning western culture in FLT, and briefly illuminates several approaches to fortify the teaching of cultural elements in FLT.
