中药外敷法辅佐治疗小儿肺炎104例临床疗效观察

Drugs at acupoints auxiliarily for pneumonia in children: an observation of 104 cases

目的:观察中药外敷法治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将200例小儿肺炎患者随机分为治疗组104例,对照组96例。治疗组除给予全身治疗方法外,加用了中药外敷法穴位贴敷。结果:治疗组与对照组的痊愈率加显效率分别为94.23%、80.20%,两组比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药外敷法是辅佐治疗小儿肺炎的有效方法之一。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of the drugs at acupoints auxiliarily for pneumonia in children, Methods： 200 cases were divided into the treating group（104 cases） and the control group（96 cases） randomly. Added the drugs at acupoints in the treating groups. Results： The recovery rate and effect rate in the treating group and the control group was 94.23 % and 80.20 % separately. There was obviously difference in 2 groups（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Drugs at acupoints auxiliarily is one of effective methods for pneumonia in children.
