文章阐述了零件表面质量对其使用性能的影响,从材料的选择、表面强化处理技术、冲裁间隙值、精密冲裁等方面对冷冲模冲裁件表面质量控制进行了分析,探讨了提高冲裁件表面质量的途径。
The paper described the effect of accessory surface quality on its use performance.From many aspects such as the selection of materials, the surface＇s intensive treatment, blanking amount of looseness and fine blanking, this article introduced the quality control on the blanking work＇s surface of the coldpunching mould. Meanwhile, the article explored the methods of improving the surface quality of blanking products.
