经食道心房调搏5种刺激法终止阵发性室上性心动过速疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察经食道心房调搏5种刺激法终止阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的即刻效果。方法采用超速起搏,短阵快速起搏,短阵刺激起搏,亚速起搏,阈下刺激法终止267例PSVT,观察分析每一种刺激法的转复率。结果5种刺激法转复率均高,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。前4种刺激法患者感觉胸前烧灼感、心悸多见,瞬间心律失常见交界性心律,室性期前收缩,短阵室速或心房颤动;阈下刺激法个别患者心悸,瞬间心律失常少见。结论阈下刺激法转复PSVT效果好,副反应少,可作为首选刺激法转复PSVT。
