摘要
职业健康心理学是形成于心理学研究、实践及职业中的一个新的交叉学科.学科形成的主要原因来自两个方面:人们对工作组织在雇员心理健康与成长中所扮演角色的认同和工作组织的成本—效益分析.该文从学科的形成、实务(研究对象、研究方法、研究任务)、学科建设等3个方面对职业健康心理学作了简要的介绍.
Occupational health psychology(OHP) is a new interdisciplinary field which comes from the research , practice and profession of psychology. The reasons of OHP's establishment include two aspects: recognition with the role that work organization plays in employee's mental health and growth; cost-benefit analysis of work organization. This article aims to briefly introduce the OHP through its forming,practice and development.
