摘要
目的:观察小柴胡汤加减治疗小儿夜间咳嗽的疗效。方法:对50例患儿给予小柴胡汤加减治疗,应用中医学独特的理论体系,把药物的四气、五味、归经与阴阳及五行之五时联系起来对症选药,治疗前后进行比较。结果:痊愈34例,显效9例,有效3例,无效4例,总有效率为92%。结论:小柴胡汤加减对小儿夜间咳嗽有明显的治疗作用。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiao Chaihu Tang for children cough at night. Methods：Through TCM,connected with four natures of drugs, five kinds of flavor, channel tropism and yin yang,treated children cough at night by Xiao Chaihu Tang. Results：The total effective rates was 92 %. Conclusion： Xiao Chaihu Tang has obviously treatment for children cough at night.
