理肺通络合剂对肺炎支原体肺炎模型肺组织损伤的影响

The effect of Lifei Tongluo Heji on the lung organize damage in rats mycoplasma pneumonia of pneumonia

目的:用现代检测指标,客观评价理肺通络合剂治疗大鼠肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效。方法:6周龄SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、中药组、西药组,每组10只。经3d适应性饲养后用乙醚麻醉动物,模型组、中药组、西药组1次性滴鼻感染肺炎支原体国际标准株穴MPFH雪菌液0.3mL/只造模,正常组予生理盐水0.3mL/只滴鼻。感染第11d起,分别灌胃生理盐水、理肺通络合剂水煎剂、阿奇霉素溶液2mL/只。在治疗的第11d处死动物,摘眼球取血。观察大鼠一般情况及光镜下各组大鼠右肺下叶HE染色病理变化,采用被动凝集法检测大鼠血清MP-IgM滴度。结果:(1)经治疗10d,中药组、西药组大鼠皮毛较有光泽,鼻周干净、呼吸平稳、活动正常、进食增加,而模型组一般情况改善不甚明显。光镜HE染色显示模型组肺组织炎细胞浸润和组织损伤重于各治疗组,中药组病理损伤较西药组轻微。(2)血清MP-IgM滴度显示模型组和各治疗组血清MP-IgM均为阳性(>1:80),模型组MP-IgM滴度较中药组、西药组显著增高(P<0.01)。中药组、西药组比较无显著差异。结论:理肺通络合剂能降低肺炎支原体肺炎大鼠血清MP-IgM水平,减轻肺组织的病理损伤,改善一般情况,对大鼠肺炎支原体肺炎有确切的治疗作用。

Objective：Draw lessons from modem index of measuring,appraisae objectively the curative effect of Lifei Tongluo Heji in treating rats mycoplasma pneumonia of pneumonia. Methods： Choosed age of six weeks,40 pieces of SPF grade male Wistar rats, divided into four groups randomly：normal group, model group, Traditional Chinese Medicine group, Western Medicine group. After adapting to raising in three days, anaesthetized rats with ether,model group,Traditional Chinese Medicine group,Western Medicine group drop nose infect with pneumonia mycoplasma international standard fungus liquid 0.3 mL/piece. The normal group gave the physiological saline 0.3 mL/piece. From the 11 th day, took the physiological saline, Lifei Tongluo Heji water decoction,azithromycin plain solution 2 mL/piece separately. Put rats to death on the 11th day treatment,pluck the eyeball and fetch the blood.Observed the rats＇s general situation,right lung lay leaf be dyed with HE and observed the pathologic change by optics microscope in every group rats.Adopt the passive agglutinate technique to measure serum MP-IgM of rats＇ degree.Resuhs ： 1.After treated for 10 days,the rats＇ fur in Traditional Chinese Medicine group and Western Medicine group were relatively glossy, the nose was clean, breathe steadily, the activity was normal, take food was increasing. But model group general situation can not improve very obviously.In the pathologic change observed by optics microscope, model group lung organize inflammation cells been soaking and organize damage was more serious than the others,Traditional Chinese Medicine group＇s pathological change situation was lighter than Western Medicine group.2.The serum MP-IgM degree showed that model group,Traditional Chinese Medicine group and Western Medicine group＇s serum MP-IgM were positive （≥ 1：80）,model group＇s serum MP-IgM degree was higher than Traditional Chinese Medicine group and Western Medicine group （P 〈 0.01）. There was no prominent difference in Traditional Chinese Medicine group and Western Medicine group.Conclusion：Lifei Tongluo Heji can lower pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia rats＇MP-IgM of serum,lighten the lung pathology organize damage,improve general situation, which has precise treatment function to the rats＇ mycoplasma pneumonia of pneumonia.
