摘要
目的:观察闭合手法复位、夹板外固定及配合外用中药治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法:以闭合手法复位、夹板外固定及外用中药为主治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折35例。结果:随访8月～4年,优18例,占51.4%;良12例,占34.3%;可5例,占14.3%;差0例。结论:采用中医传统方法治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折疗效肯定,后遗症及并发证少。
Objective ：To observe children used closed manipulative the curative effects of the supraeondylar reduction and splint fixation combined fracture of humerus in with external herbs. Methods：Used closed manipulative reduction and splint fixation combined with external herbs to treat the children humeral supracondylar fracture of 35 cases. Results：All cases were followed up for 8 months to 4 years. There were 18 excellent cases, 12 good cases, 5 satisfied cases and 0 bad case. Conclusion：The effects of the treatment of the children humeral supraeondylar fracture used TCM are satisfied. The sequelae and the complications are decreased in evidence.
