摘要
高职人事管理体制改革民主管理,这是顺应高职院校人事科学管理的基本要求,突出管理效率,也是提升高职院校适应社会环境的生存能力,促进高职教师的发展。高职人事管理体制改革民主管理的基本取径有:高职教师职业发展目标;建设符合高职发展特色的人事管理制度;人事管理体制改革中的运行成本;高职管理者的领导能力。
Human resources (HR) managerial system in vocational colleges enacts reforms in democratic management, which is the basic requirement to carry out scientific HR management in vocational colleges. To lay stress on managerial efficiency can also improve the viability to adapt to social environment and promote teachers' growth in vocational colleges. The basic approaches to carry out HR managerial system reform in vocational colleges are teachers' vocational developing objects, the construction of HR managerial system with characteristics of vocational colleges, the running cost in the reform of HR managerial system and the leading ability of administrators in vocational colleges.
