TSSG法生长KYb(WO_4)_2晶体及其振动光谱研究

摘要 采用TSSG法生长出尺寸为30mm×15mm×10mm的KYb(WO4)2晶体,XRD分析表明为低温相的KY-bW晶体,计算其晶格常数为a=10.61A°,b=10.295A°,c=7.495,β=130.65°。测得样品的红外和拉曼光谱,结果表明KYbW晶体有较强的拉曼活性,钨氧双桥键WOOW和单桥键WOW基团的振动在200—1000cm^-1范围内,对峰值与相应的振动进行了指认。 KYb (WO4)2 crystal sized 30mm × 15mm × 10mm has been grown by TSSG method. It was identified as β - KYbW crystal by XRD analysis, and the cell parameters of KYbW were calculated : a = 10.61A°, b = 10. 29A°, c =7.49A°, β = 130. 65°. Infrared spectrum and Raman spectrum of the sample were measured, which showed that KYbW is a Raman active medium. The Raman peaks caused by bridge bond of WOOW and WOW were at 200 - 1000cm^-1, and the vibrational frequencies and Raman active modes for KYbW were assigned.
