二氯硝基酚铵（DCNPA）对人肝脏毒性的研究

SYUDY OF TOXICITY OF AMMONIUM SALT 2, 4 DICHLORI6-NITROPHENOL (DCNPA) ON HUMAN LIVER

二氯硝基酚铵（ＤＣＮＰＡ）是一种新型旱田除草剂。作者对４１名从事ＤＣＮＰＡ粉碎、包装的工人（男２１人，女２０人）进行了健康检查和肝功能测定，当工人平均接触ＤＣＮＰＡ浓度为９．１３ｍｇ／ｍ￣３，平均接触３．９年以后。受检工人的血清ＺｎＴ、ＡＳＴ、ＬＤＨ、ＡＣＰ、ＴＣ均显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＡＫＰ、ＴＧ、γ一球蛋白也高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果显示，该农药对人体肝细胞可造成实质性损害，对肝细胞多种结构均有损伤作用。

Average time of exposure DCN-PA was 3. 9 yeas,average concentration of DCNPA was 9. 13mg/m3. The results showed thatZnT.AST.LDH.ACP and TC of DCNPA workers were significantly higher than that of the 41control workers (P<0. o1) , AKP.TG and γ-globulin were significantly higher than that of thecontrol (P<0. 05). The results show that DCNPA can harm human liver function . it also dam-age to a lot of structure of liver cell.
