废水中总氰化物含量测定条件的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对异烟酸-吡唑啉酮(isonicotinic acid—pyrazolone)显色体系测定水溶液中微量氰化物(CN^-)条件进行了实验考察。结果表明,在有多种共存金属离子如Fe^3+、Fe^2+、Pb^2+、Cu^2+、Hg^2+、Ag^+、S^2-下,该显色体系可测定的下限为0.001mg/L,在0.001~0.2mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。实验重点考察了溶液中共存金属离子对测定干扰的影响,表明软酸离子(Cu^2+、Hg^+和Ag^-)对测定有影响,证实了该体系测定CN^-的应用条件和范围。 The conditions for determining micro-cyanide in aqueous solution by isonicotinic acidpyrazolone spectrophotometric was studied. The results showed that under co-existing the ions such as Fe^3+ , Fe^2+ , Pb^2+ , Cu^2+ , Hg^2+ , Ag ^+ , S^2- etc. , the detection limit was 0.001 mg/L with the concentration raiage of 0.001 -0.2 mg/L for CN^- which accorded with Beer's Law. In the assay, the interference which resulted from coexistent metallic ions was mainly discussed. The conclusion not only indicated that soft acid ions (Cu^2+ ,Hg^+ and Ag^- ) had an effect on the determination for CN^- but also proved the determination conditions and areas with this color system.
