摘要
推出一种基于MPX5100和ADuC845高精度压力数据采集系统,系统从压力采集、A/D、D/A转换等方面来提高系统的整体精度,并通过电气隔离来降低数据传输中的损耗,来保证系统的精度。系统已成功应用于实际的工程中。通过实践证明,系统能达到较高的精度,能够很好地满足工程的需要。给出了各重要器件的性能特点以及相关的接口电路,给出了系统的组成框图、各部分主要的电路图、以及程序结构模块图。
This paper introduces a kind of collect system according to the MPX5100 and the ADuC845 high accruary pressure data, the system fi'om the pressure collected,the A/D conversion, the D/A conversion etc. to improve the accuracy of the whole system, and via the electricity insulation to lower a data to deliver the medium of exhaust and promise the accuracy of the system. The system has ah'eady succeed in applying in actual project. Praeticc certificates that the system can attain higher accuracy and satisfy the demand of the project nicely. It gives in the text the funetion characteristics of each important spare part and connects a people 's electric circuit relatedly, gives the system to constitute the flow chart of the frame diagram, each part of main electric circuit diagram, and the procedure structure mold piece diagram.
