摘要
针对EQ6100曲轴结构和动平衡特点,详细讨论了其不平衡量分解原理及算法实现。生产实践表明按此分解方法去重后剩余不平衡量满足工艺要求。
The decomposition principle and algorithm implementation of dynamic balancing of crankshaft of EQ6100 are discussed in detail based on the structural and dynamic balancing characteristic of this shaft. It is proven that this decomposition method can meet the manufacturing requirements in practice.
