摘要
给出了适合煤矿安全生产实时监控系统的分站节点设计方案,并对其主要部分:功能设计、硬件电路设计及软件设计分别进行了介绍。结合对矿井现场数据的分析,详述了采用不同信号类型的传感器对矿井现场数据安全采集的方法和软硬件双重滤波方法,简述了与控制中心进行通信的CAN协议。应用该方案构成的实时监控系统,可以增强数据的准确性和传输通道的稳定性,进一步保证了实时监控系统的可靠性。
The paper shows a design scheme for real-time monitoring system of substation node of safety production in coal mine and presents its main parts: function design, hardware circuit design , and software design . Combining an analysis of the coal mine fiddle data , the method that is using different signal sensors to do with the safety acquisition of coal mine field data and the software and the hardware filter is expatiated on CAN protocol that corresponds with control center is described simply . The system can enhance the data veracity and the transport channel stability , and ensure its reliability.
