推动科学研究与高等教育的紧密结合,是建设创新型国家和高水平大学的迫切需要,是提高高等教育质量、培养高层次创新型人才的必然选择。解决科学研究与高等教育脱节的问题,必须着力于制度创新,建立有利于科技创新和人才培养互动的体制和机制。衡量一所大学科技成果转化工作搞得好不好,既要看其有多少科技成果实现了向工业界的转移,实现了产业化,又要看其有多少最新科技成果在第一时间进了教材,进了课堂,实现了知识化。

The appraisal of the work of sci-tech achievements transfer of a university should take into consideration both the number of sci-tech achievements transferred to industry and further industrialized, and the number of latest sci-tech achievements introduced into the textbook and into the classroom, and transformed into knowledge.
