高职软件人才培养模式的探索

An Exploration on the Training Mode of Software Employees in Vocational Colleges

本文分析社会软件人才的需求,阐述目前软件人才培养存在的问题,提出一套基于3+1+2高职软件人才培养模式,解决了软件人才培养中的师资、设备问题。在软件人才培养过程中通过构建虚拟公司,打造学生团队意识和就业意识,实施校企合作和工学结合,做到了低成本、零距离培养企业所需的高职软件人才。

After analyzing the social requirement and the current instruction problems for the software employees, a new cultivating mode based on 3 ＋ 1 ＋ 2 is proposed for software majors in vocational colleges, which may overcome the teacher and equipment＇s shortcomings in the process of training. Through establishing the virtual corporation, improving the spirit of teamwork, implementing cooperation of schools and companies, combining work with study, it is possible for vocational colleges to produce appropriate software employees at a low cost and zero-distane from the enterprises.
