摘要
利用原子吸收分光光度法,对中药川芎中锌、锰、铁、钙、镁5种元素的次级形态进行了研究。用Chelex—100螯合树脂,将川芎可溶态中锌、锰、铁、钙、镁分为稳定态和不稳定态,并建立了该形态的分离分析方法。结果表明:可溶态中锌和钙全部以不稳定态存在,不存在稳定态;镁的稳定态含量极少;锰含有约20%的稳定态;铁含有约30%的稳定态。
Secondary- level speciation of Zn, Mn, Fe, Ca and Mg in ligusticum wallichii Franch was studied by atomic absorption spectrometry, Stable and non-stable forms of Zn, Mn, Fe, Ca and Mg in filtrate were obtained by using Chelex-100 chelating resins and we established the methods of separating and analyzing speciation, The results showed that Zn and Ca in filtrate existed on non - stable forms and hadn't any stable forms. The number of stable forms of Mg was thimbleful. Mn had about 20% stable forms. Fe had about 30% stable form.
