离子色谱同时测定饮用水中10种无机阴离子方法研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:建立能同时测定饮用水中F^-、C102^-、BrO3^-、Cl^-、NO2^-、Br^-、ClO3^-、NO3^-、PO4^-、SO4^2-等10种无机阴离子的测定方法。方法:用电导检测-离子色谱仪。色谱柱为lonpac^R AS9-HC,9.0mmol/L碳酸钠为淋洗液。流速为1.0ml/min,水样经沉淀滤膜过滤进样测定。结果:此方法的线性范围广、相关系数好(r=0.9993~0.9999)相对标准差(RSD)为1.64%~3.95%。样品平均加标回收率为91.6%~100.3%,最低检出限为0.0035~0.0344mg/L,结论:该方法干扰小、灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便,适合于各种水样,对酸碱共存离子、相邻离子间对测定无影响,适合同时对水中10种无机阴离子的检测。 Objective: To establish a mew method for quantitative detection of ten inorganic anion sin drinking water including Fluoride, Chlorite, Bromate, Chloride, Nitrite, Bromide, Chlorate, Nitrate, Phosphate, Sulfate at the same time. Method. IC was carried on the ICS- 1000 ion chromatograph with lonpac^R AS9 chromatographic column using a mixed solution of 9.0mmol/L Na2CO3 as absorbing solution . The sampling was performed at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min. The sample was treated with direct sampling. Result: The threshold of detection:0. 004 - 0. 0344mg/L. RSD' S obtained were froml. 64 % to 3.95 %, and the recoveries were from 91.6 % to 100.3 %. Conclusion: The method was proved to be low disturbing, high sensitive, accurate result and simply, operation. It is adapt to various water samples. It was not effect for acid and alkali coexistence ion and border upon ion. It is adapt to determinate ten inorganic anions.
