摘要
实验结果表明在pH 6.5的弱酸性环境中,铝离子对依诺沙星的荧光强度具有显著的增敏作用,深入研究了它们的光谱特征,影响因素和适宜的反应条件;确定了荧光强度与Al3+离子浓度的关系,提出了增敏荧光光谱法测定水中铝的方法。该法在室温下进行,操作方便,具有较高的灵敏度;线性范围为0.04~2.0 mg/L,方法的检出限为1.6×10-9g/ml;用于环境水样中Al3+的测定,结果满意。
The experiments indicated that Al^3+ could enhance greatly the fluorescence signal of ENX in pH6.5 NaH2PO4-Na2B4O7 medium. A new method for the determination of trace Al^3+ by sensitized fluorescence spectrophotometry was established. In the optimal analysis conditions, the linear range was 0.04-2.0 mg/L. The determination limit was 1.6 × 10^-9g/ml, When proposed method was used to determine Al^3+ in water, satisfactory results were obtained.
