摘要
从供应商利益出发,运用博弈理论分析了供应商和制造商在合作各阶段的不同对策,得出了惩罚和信任两类策略的适用情况,制造商的惩罚能够督促供应商在合作初期建立信誉,制造商的信任有利于供应商在合作过程中维护和提升信誉。
Based on the interest of the supplier, the different strategies adopted respectively by suppliers and manufacturers in different stages are analyzed with the game theory. Some conclusions are obtained as following : the punishment policy is useful for the supplier to establish its prestige in the beginning of the cooperation while the trust policy can foster the supplier to improve their prestige throughout the cooperation.
