摘要 根据注液枪加工工艺的要求,从产品的多功能设计出发,依据乳化液理论及液压动力学理论,通过技术集成、优化结构,研究成功了达到国内先进水平的初撑力“量”化可控自动注液枪。该产品设有测压装置,通过微型压力表实现了初撑力大小的有效控制,达到边升柱边监测的目的,可使同排的支柱调压均匀一致,实现了科学控制顶板压力;同时还设置了枪内高压释放装置,实现了无压取枪。 According to note the request that the liquid gun processes the craft, set out from the multi - function design of the product, the basis emulsifies the liquid theories and liquids to press the dynamics theories, passing the technique to gather, excellent turn the structure, research successfully attain the local beginning of horizontal forerunner to support the dint "quantity" to turn and can control the auto notes the liquid gun.
