摘要
结合当前瓦斯事故的特点和规律,以层次分析法为理论基础,建立一个有针对性的评价模型,并用比较矩阵来确定各致灾因素的的权重,从而为煤矿瓦斯事故的预防和治理提供科学依据。
The model of the safety assessment is constituted by the theory foundation of the method of layered analysis, according to the specialty and rule of the accident cases. The ratio of the individual elicitation disaster fact is confirmed by the comparative matrix. The scientific basis of preventing and disposing the methane accident are given.
